Fleetwood firmly believe that the quality of the end product is ensured by minimising the human factor. Our shop floor layout is purposely designed to optimise the movement of material, and the JTS tracking system allows details of every job to be tracked through the manufacturing process. This enables the team to accurately forecast lead times and factory work load and ensure QA is kept at a premium.
